Reschedule Is Not Yet Confirmed

Create a 12-second illustrated clip based on [approved appointment example]: a change request is sent, a pending marker remains, and only an explicit confirmation creates the new calendar card. Keep the old slot's state faithful to the example. Use a fixed calendar layout and no real names. End with an editable instruction to check with [clinic contact], without suggesting clinical urgency.

Confirm required reference images and timing inputs are present before generating. Keep objects, identities, spatial relationships and light direction consistent. Render the clip when video generation is supported; otherwise supply a timed shot list, reference checklist and generation-ready prompt, labeled as a production plan. Do not claim rendered output without an actual file. Check the opening, transition and final frame against the stated counts and geometry.
