Collaboration Edit Review Board
Make collaborator revision requests explicit without assuming consent. Customizable image prompt.
September 30, 2026
💡 Use Case
Make collaborator revision requests explicit without assuming consent. Supply the references and context requested in brackets. The prompt specifies the output and how to handle missing evidence.
📋 The Prompt
Create a visual review board for [creator collaboration] with three states: original composition, requested change and approved composition. Use [authorized assets] and preserve partner identity, placement and credit space across panels. Clearly leave the approval panel unfinished if [approval record] is absent. Use consistent alignment and roomy caption boxes. Do not generate signatures, endorsement seals or visual evidence of consent. Generate one finished image using the supplied references when available. Default to a 4:5 composition with a clear focal point and uncluttered edges. If references essential to fidelity are absent, request them first. Do not invent readable small text, logos or watermarks.
