RAIN FOR TWO — THE ABDUCTION

[GOAL]

Continue directly from the preceding scene as the couple walks into a rain-soaked Kathmandu street. A sudden abduction breaks their peaceful moment. The man struggles to save the woman, is beaten back, and pursues the departing van. End during the chase, without resolving it.

Preserve their exact reference faces, hairstyles, physiques, outfits, footwear, and accessories. Maintain the clothing wetness established in the preceding scene.

Three adult attackers emerge from one plain van. A fourth adult remains in the driver’s seat. Keep their appearances distinct from the couple and consistent throughout.

[OPENING CONTINUITY]

Begin with the couple already walking, continuing the preceding scene’s direction, pace, expressions, lighting, and carried props. No introduction, replay, or establishing pause.

[THE INTERRUPTED WALK]

Medium-wide tracking shot alongside the couple as they enter the street together.

Heavy rain falls across weathered brick buildings, closed shutters, parked scooters, and reflective asphalt.

They exchange a quiet glance while walking.

A van suddenly pulls alongside them and stops. Its sliding side door opens.

[THE SEPARATION]

Three attackers jump out.

The woman recoils toward @image1. Two attackers seize her arms and pull her toward the open doorway.

@image1 immediately reaches for her. Their hands clasp briefly as he tries to pull her back.

Show both faces and their connected hands in the same frame. She looks directly at him, frightened, while he braces his feet against the wet road.

The third attacker strikes @image1 and forces him backward. Their hands separate.

Keep the struggle readable, with clear body positions and believable reactions.

[THE FAILED RESCUE]

@image1 regains his footing and lunges toward the van.

The woman grips the doorway, resisting as the two attackers force her inside.

Before he can reach her, the third attacker blocks him, delivers a short punch to his torso, then knocks him onto the wet road.

He lands on his side and catches himself with his forearm. Show pain through his breath and movement, without blood or graphic injury.

From ground level, he sees the woman reaching toward him from inside the van.

He pushes himself up immediately.

[THE DEPARTURE]

The third attacker climbs into the van. The side door slides shut, cutting off the couple’s view of each other.

@image1 reaches the vehicle just after the door closes.

The van accelerates away, spraying water from its tires.

He stumbles after it, finds his balance, and breaks into a desperate run.

[FINAL IMAGE]

Rear tracking shot following @image1 as he sprints down the rain-soaked street behind the departing van.

His wet clothes cling to him. His breathing is strained from the struggle, but he keeps running.

The van remains visible ahead, gradually widening the distance.

End abruptly while he is still chasing it. No rescue, reunion, time jump, or additional ending.

[CAMERA AND CONTINUITY]

Use medium-wide framing for the abduction and struggle so the couple, attackers, and van doorway remain spatially clear.

Maintain the same travel direction throughout. The van stops beside the couple, then departs forward along the same street.

Keep one continuous instance of each character. Once the woman is inside, she remains inside. All three attackers re-enter before the van departs.

Maintain continuous heavy rain, consistent street geography, and progressive clothing wetness.

[SOUND]

Heavy rain, approaching engine, braking tires, sliding door, splashing footsteps, strained breathing, frightened gasps, brief struggle sounds, and the accelerating van.
